Our Smart Rooms Distribution

We hope to be opening the first week of November 2023. In this moment we are finishing with the permits at the Local Government to start building.

We are very exited with this project of Two Smart Rooms, they will be very comfortable,  everyone with Air Conditioned, Full Fiber Optic Internet, Microwave, Coffee Maker, IPTV Service, Desk, Queen Size Bed and a Sofa Bed.

Most of the electronic devices will be connected and managed by Amazon Alexa Services.

The price (price is not defined yet) will include breakfast prepared by our family and It will be served in our House`s Deck. We want our guests to live a close Costarrican family environment. 

We are going to be located in Villa Nueva, Naranjito, Quepos. Just 25 minutes driving distance from the famous Manuel Antonio National Park. Actually there are many different tours to do around the town where we are located, such as Horseback Riding, White Water Rafting, there is a Bee Farm, Bird Watching, Hanging bridges, Waterfalls, Canopy and the ATV Tour.
